Page 1 of 2 I love books and always will. Books give you access to the world through someone else's eyes and a view that you might ordinarily not have. I have the greatest respect for all artists, and writers are among my favorites. Think of the influence that JK Rowling has had on an entire generation of children and although they may not admit it, their parents.
Reading Frank Yerby exposed me to Sparta, ancient Greece and 1960's Paris in the grip of student riots. Through Robert Heinlien, I've lived on Mars during it's struggle for independence. Mario Puzo's the Godfather educated me about the mob. Through books I've learned about Malcolm X, Mahatma Ghandi and visions of JFK. I'd rather read than do. Which is a problem. When I decided to Web 2.0 myself, I had to start writing again, which is a good thing. Since I'd only written the one book, I decided to write another one AFTER I built all my sites. The problem is, which subject should I write about and which publishing method should I use?
